Here is a step by step list of things you can expect when purchasing real-estate from us.
Pre-Qualify for a Loan
Find a lender using our list of lenders
link and pre-qualify.
This will let the lender and us know what you can comfortably
afford and it will speed up the buying process. Also, your offer
will hold more weight when presented compared to an offer without
a pre-qualification. As often as the interest rates change, you
may be able to afford a better home than you think.
Talk to us
We will meet with you at your convenience to discuss your needs
and desires. Give us a description of your dream home. We're
connected to a network of all agencies in the area. We'll make
a list of homes that fits your description, and explain each one
to you answering any questions you may have.
Tour Homes
Once you've narrowed the list, we'll take you through a tour of each home. Take the
Property Checklist with you
and make notes of the characteristics of each home.
Make an Offer
When you've found the home that you want to buy, we'll write up an offer for you and represent
your better interest. Just because a property is listed with another agency, doesn't mean you
have to contact that agency. You should always have your agent on your side when buying any
home, even when the property is listed with another agency. In most cases, you'll need to put
earnest money down. The amount of earnest money required varies, but the more you are able to
put down , the more serious your offer is likely to be taken. The earnest money will be applied
to your closing costs. Usually, backing out of an accepted contract is the only way you could
lose your earnest money. Including a pre-approval letter with your offer helps considerably.
Finish the Deal
After you have an accepted offer on the house you choose, we will walk you through every step right
up to closing. We will stay in touch with your lender, set up any inspections that you may choose to
have done, contact utility companies if necessary and handle anything else that you may need help with.
